Monarch Soccer Academy
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Monarch Soccer Academy collects, uses, shares, and protects information through our website, mobile app, and academy services.
Effective September 2, 2026
Information we collect
Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, phone number, role, and sign-in details.
Player and family information needed to operate academy programs, such as a player’s name, age or birth year, team, guardian relationship, availability, evaluations, attendance, and development records.
Registration, scheduling, payment-status, communication, document, and support information you submit through the service.
Technical information needed to keep the service reliable and secure, such as device and browser details, IP address, session data, and diagnostic logs.
How we use information
We use information to provide academy services; manage accounts, teams, programs, registrations, schedules, payments, and communications; support player development; respond to requests; prevent misuse; and improve reliability and safety.
We do not use player or family information for third-party behavioral advertising, and we do not sell personal information.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by Stripe. Monarch Soccer Academy does not store complete payment-card numbers. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.
We use Base44 and other hosting, email, storage, analytics, and communications providers to operate the service. These providers may process information only as needed to deliver their services to us and are subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.
Children and youth players
The service supports youth soccer programs. Parents and legal guardians should create or supervise accounts and submissions for children who cannot legally consent on their own. We use youth-player information to provide academy services and communicate with the player’s family or authorized academy staff.
A parent or guardian may contact us to review, correct, or request deletion of a child’s personal information, subject to records we must retain for legal, safety, payment, or operational reasons.
Sharing and disclosure
We share information with authorized coaches, academy administrators, a player’s parent or guardian, team personnel, and service providers when needed to run the academy.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect players or other people, to investigate fraud or security issues, or as part of a business transfer where permitted by law.
Retention and security
We retain information while an account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary for academy operations, safety, dispute resolution, payment and tax records, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and account deletion
You can review or update much of your account information in Settings. You can request permanent account deletion in Settings → Account → Delete Account. You may also contact us for help.
Deletion removes or de-identifies account information where appropriate. Some transaction, safety, audit, team-history, or legal records may be retained or detached from your identity when required.
